OhioHealth offers a mobile app that features a diabetes module to help you manage your condition between appointments with your physician.  With this app you’ll have access to:
  • Medical information about Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
  • Tips on living with your condition
  • Video and image guides for nutrition, supplies and equipment
  • Text alerts for timely reminders about your care routines and appointments
