Donna completed her undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati with her Bachelor's degree in Nursing and her Master's Degree from The Ohio State University College of Nursing in 1980.
Donna's prior experience includes:
  • surgical intensive care
  • emergency room care
  • a community senior citizen clinic
  • urgent care
  • family practice
  • internal medicine
Her training includes management of diabetes, asthma and sleep disorders. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Donna provides care by diagnosing, counseling, and managing the needs of patients with acute and chronic illnesses.

Serving as a preceptor for nursing students from Otterbein College, The Ohio State University College of Nursing, Wright State University and Capital University affords Donna the opportunity to give back to the nursing community of Columbus and surrounding areas. Donna and her family are proud members of the Upper Arlington community.

Katherine is a board certified nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before becoming a nurse practitioner,  she served as a staff nurse at Mount Carmel Hospital working with medical,  surgical,  cardiac, and trauma patients in both intensive care and intermediate care settings.  

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Cedarville University,  and earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from the Mount Carmel College of Nursing. 

"My goal is to help people learn, and to take ownership of their health.  I give my patients the tools,  guidance, and support they need to maintain their health and properly manage their chronic ailments.  We will work together to achieve physical ,  mental,  and spiritual health every day!"


Carloyn Brennan MSN, FNP

Carloyn Brennan MSN, FNP

Providing care by diagnosing, counseling, and managing the needs of patients with acute and chronic illnesses

Carolyn received her Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing in family medicine, from the University of Cincinnati after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio.

Her previous experience includes family medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics, including experience at Riverside Methodist Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Ohio Board of Nursing, and the American Heart Association.

Carolyn believes that the foundation to good health is education and personalized goals. She strives to educate her patients and empower them to take their health in their own hands while focusing on positive health outcomes. With compassion and patience, Carolyn believes in providing customer service with a smile to help brighten her patients’ day. Carolyn and her husband reside in the Clintonville community.
